Initiate Your Request
Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is free from any signs of wear or perfume.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
